JOB DESCRIPTION

Your primary role as a coach is to provide an energetic, progressive, and structured environment that supports player growth within the various components of the sport. The goal of our competitive platforms is to deliver an unparalleled coaching experience to our customers regardless of age or ability level. 

JOB DUTIES

  • Session planning and design.
  • Function within a coaching staff, potentially across different competitive platforms.
  • Lead or assist 45–60 minute age-appropriate training sessions with energy, positivity, and inclusiveness.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Provide positive feedback, coaching tips and words of encouragement to players.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be an energetic, passionate, self-motivated, and committed to the development of youth soccer players.
  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Soccer background - preferably high school or collegiate.
  • Available weeknights, and Saturday & Sunday mornings.
  • Work patiently with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willing to complete a background check.

PAY & BENEFITS

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 starting hourly rate. Negotiable based on experience, and coaching qualifications.
