Cleveland Force Welcomes Toby Frohlich as New U13-U14 Girls ECNL Director
“We are thrilled to be bringing Toby Frohlich back to Cleveland where he played as a youth (in our system) and collegiate player before starting his professional coaching career. Toby brings tremendous Director and Coach experience at the U11-U14 Girls ECNL levels both within our conference and from his time out west and we are excited to see his immediate impact on our U11-U14 Girls player pool,” says CFSC Director of Club Operations, Marko Raduka.
